Stopped in for a bit. Staff were friendly. The facility was clean. The food was okay. It had a decent flavor but I found my pad Thai was a bit bland.

I waited over 30 minutes for a small Mac and Cheese. Unacceptable. When asking the staff they just said they were really backed up.

We always stop at this Noodles and Co when driving back to NOVA. Always slow service but this time topped it all. We waited 40 minutes and they messed up four of five orders and ran out of forks....
