Established in 1955, Hudson Middle School is an educational institution that conducts educational classes for students in grades six through eight. It is comprised of more than 70 staff members and has an annual enrollment of over 800 students. Baton Elementary is an educational institution that offers a variety of academic options to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum includes music, physical and technology education and visual arts. The school maintains a parent-teacher organization that serves as a resource for students, parents and staff members. It offers English as a Second Language and accelerated reader programs. Baton Elementary has an enrollment of more than 520 students. The school operates a library that has a collection of books. Baton Elementary organizes picnics, chorus concerts and talent shows. In addition, it offers food, transportation and guidance counseling solutions. The school is a part of Caldwell County Schools, which governs several elementary, middle and high educational institutions.
