Company provided service but never sent an invoice for 6 months. When my first invoice was received it stated I was over 6 months past due and "do not service" flags were placed on my account....

The person came out and adjusted the one piece I already had there brand new and did not fix the problem. They did no prior or additional testing to find out was actually wrong with the system....
