The manager is SUPER unprofessional. She let other customers skip me in line just because she didn't want to scan my items, The quality is absolutely terrible, the place is a mess and super dirty...

Good prices but the quality of merchandise has declined over the years. If you shop here, check items carefully for holes and seams that were never sewn together before purchasing them.

This Ross is the least-best Ross I've ever visited, out of the many I've visited. Every time I've been here, it seems to be somewhat bare and depleted of goods. Ross is one of my favorite places...
