I would never recommend her. She's condescending, rude, mean, scary. She terrified my son continually. Yelled at us every time we came to see her. Keeps a manual appointment log and screws up...

I would not recommend Joy Ross to anyone EVER!!! I brought my daughter to this Dr. for 5 years to have her prescription refilled and felt nothing but remorse at the money spent every time we left....
