The popcorn was great and my coke zero was amazing! The young man that helped us at the concessions stand was so nice. 10/10 experience!

Rather disappointed this last time around. It seems that they have now added a "Booking Fee" to purchase tickets. Thinly disguised way to just raise prices.

For the town of Franklin I'd expect a little bit bigger/nicer theatre, but as it is Ruby is decent. The outside is dated but inside they've done a few updates to modernize it. The staff could be a...
