I have always wanted to help people. In college, I realized I wanted to help people learn to move better. Following the birth of my own children, I became interested in pelvic health, and I have not looked back. Helping people gain more agency and autonomy over their bodies, and empowering them to share traditionally private and taboo subjects with others free of shame, has been one of the joys of my professional life, and I am so blessed to do what I do. Outside of work, I love to lift heavy, cook, and explore nature with my husband, two sons and my dog.
