We started Smoke On BBQ in 2015 as a mobile unit (Then known as Blue Smoke BBQ) parked at Headwaters Outfitters in Rosman, NC. Over the years word spread through Transylvania County about our food. We found ourselves running in circles trying to keep up with demand. In the winter of 2019 we spotted the property at 585 S. Caldwell st. in Brevad, NC and the rest is history. With just 640 sq ft inside and under a half acre lot we have to do things in our own style.
