They were advertising too much product when I go get a haircut I just want a haircut not all of that. Hair cuts got better And prices And less advertising on stuff

Signed my husband and two sons up for a haircut online yesterday. When we got there, their names were not on the board. I stood at the counter to ask. There was a staff member behind the counter...

Packed waiting area, two (very slow) people cutting hair. Had to leave due to the ridiculous wait time. Adequate staffing is a basic management skill.

Save your time and money. Go to a barber shop. You're better off cutting your own hair.
