So I ordered my sandwich, and they upcharged me for the equivalent of a cold cut combo. All I got was ham, salami and cheese. Never have I ever... and when I questioned it, they proceeded to speak...

They literally got my entire order wrong. Also, you should probably be careful about what you say about your customers in Spanish, lots of students learn it in high school or college well enough...
