One time I heard staff cursing out a customer under their breath, but it was loud enough for people on the other side of the counter to hear. The food is pretty great though!

Incompetent worker made the worst sandwich I've ever had made. More sloppy than a chipotle burrito, literally made the sandwich upside down, didn't know it was possible to fuck up so bad.

Soggy subs. Did not replace subs, clerk rude, manager did not answer after several call. Online dispute ignored. Poor service.
