Their drink machine is broke, the ice machine doesn't work. They don't have meatball subs and the bottle drinks are limited. Very poorly ran franchise.

Ordered 2 subs online. They didn't get either of them correct, and I didn't realize it until I got home. They left the cheese off a steak & cheese, and the tuna sub was missing the banana peppers...

ordered 4 subs to be picked up at 2045 9/16. 3/4 had black olives. when i arrived home & tasted my sub something tasted off. my daughter(2) tasted it also & immediately spit it out & refused...

This subway in island Ford rd in maiden is lazy they wouldn't even prep more steak for my sandwich. probably because it's takes to long like ugh this honestly makes me more upset then it should...
