genuinely everything here could improve, the tables were dirty, they forgot about our food for 25 minutes and gave us dirty looks when we tried to get the food we paid for. and even when we did...

The WORST Service I've ever had. Staff does NOT care and don't keep up with each other. Barely anyone at the front. Waited 15 minutes in an EMPTY store for 5+ workers to make me one quesadilla....

Drive thru staff are always kind and efficient. Food is always hot and as good as any Taco Bell. My order has always been correct, everything in the bag along with napkins. Exceeds my expectations...

I have ordered here several times and there hasn't been a SINGLE time where my order was satisfactory. Staff extremely dense and rude and incapable of doing their jobs clearly.
