Terrible experience the property managers are very judgemental and the maintenance will have you living with mold and making sure the air conditioner doesn't work all summer.

This is NOT a safe place to stay if your child goees to UNCP. DO NOT let them stay at this complex!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you are seeking off campus housing, do not even bothering touring this complex. Pointe and 698 Prospect are much better options.
