Overall event space has a lot to improve. Bugs sighted everywhere, walls and floors falling apart, and staff are rude an have absolutely no idea how to plan or work an event

I have tried to get a hold of them through calls and emails and when I was finally able to speak to a representative, he was rude and unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn't recommend.

They refused to refund a family after the groom unexpectedly died. Such a heartless, tasteless venue.
