You can tell this is one of the older branches but that they've tried to spruce it up a bit over the years. I feel like it may be a little understaffed, as the average wait time was 20 minutes....

I started with Truliant almost 20 years ago but they no longer want me as a customer. They USED TO BE a great company, but they've gone the way of commercial banks lately with less and less focus...

We financed a vehicle through Truliant a year and a half ago because they had better rates. What a mistake. Impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. Most unprofessional customer service...
