UNC MRI

UNC Department Of Psychiatry is one of the departments of the UNC School of Medicine. It offers a number of residential programs in adult, child and adolescent and forensic psychiatry. Additionally, the department offers programs in neuroimaging, social and community psychiatry. It provides a number of internship and training programs. The department offers research programs in the areas of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, bipolar and depressive mood disorders. It designs and develops programs for effective diagnostic, treatment and prevention strategies. It also undertakes clinical investigations and research studies in behavioral and systems neurobiology.
