Usmc/Combat Helicopter Association

The USMC Combat Helicopter Tiltrotor Association, formerly known as the USMC Vietnam Helicopter Pilot Aircrew Association, is dedicated to preserving the camaraderie of Marine combat helicopter Tiltrotor flight crews and support personnel who served together. Their biannual reunions provide an opportunity for members to renew the bonds formed during their service and honor the sacrifices made by their fellow Marines. With a growing membership of over 5700 current and former members, the association aims to maintain contact with all former and current Marine helicopter Tiltrotor crews and support personnel through their newsletter and website.

The association offers regular membership for those who have served in or supported a Marine helicopter or tilt-rotor squadron, as well as an associate annual membership for those with an interest in Marine helicopter tilt-rotor operations. They also have a lifer dues program and have established their own scholarship program, allowing applicants to apply for scholarships through the POPASMOKE Scholarship program and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Through their dedication to preserving the legacy of Marine helicopter operations, the USMC Combat Helicopter Tiltrotor Association continues to honor the brave men and women who served their country.
