As an internal medicine physician, I see myself as the quarterback of my patients' healthcare team. I am responsible for monitoring each patient's overall health, suggesting ways to stay as healthy as possible and bringing in other care providers when necessary. It is an honor and a privilege to provide counsel and advice when a patient is in need. \n Teaching is one of the most important parts of what I do. I offer the information and education each patient needs to make informed decisions about their health. Whether it's screening, medication or referrals, I am here to answer questions and set minds at ease. I see myself as a guide who can provide a map or timeline for their care and also help them navigate unexpected circumstances. \n I am very fortunate to work alongside my dad, who is also a physician in the same clinic as me. When I am not at work, I am a devoted ice hockey fan and player. You can often find me cheering on the Minnesota Wild or hitting the ice myself as a goalie in local adult leagues.
