The maintenance team here is great. They have fun events periodically and my dog loves the dog park! The management company that's been here for the last few years has made a lot of improvement.

Carpet was dirty upon move in, apartment was dirty even though it was "move-in" ready. Appliances and plumbing is old. Parking passes are required but there are still cars parked without them....

Every 6 months they change owners or property management...... They say it's a parking problem (but it's not) so they are implementing parking passes which is a total inconvenience to people...

They tow the residents cars !!!! The management sucks would not recommend moving here !!!! Even if you get a parking pass
