This is my favorite place to stop to when I'm in town from Atlanta, Ga. The food is always cooked to perfection and customer service is explicit. Very appreciative of this Zaxby's thank you so much !

They took forever to take my order, the workers were staring but not doing anything. The lady who finally took my order was rude and got my order wrong.

Store and restroom were unswept. Lost my birthday cookie reward because they were out of cookies. Employees didn't seem to even care they had customers inside the store.
