Bought the basic plus wash and the entire roof of the vehicle was dirty and dry. Areas of the back hatch were also untouched. I went to ask an employee about this, thinking maybe their equipment...

For $18 the back of the vehicle should also get washed. This car had minimal dirt; just road dust. I expect better for that amount of money.
