The food was fine but waited over an hour dining in while a lot of take out was being picked up. Probably why there weren't many eating in the restaurant.

Lucy's is a good choice if you would like Chinese cuisine. The food is tasty and the pricing is reasonable. It is not fancy inside, however it's clean and comfortable & the service is fine.
