Minamyer Residential Care Services provides Individual Options Waiver Services to adult individuals with a wide range of care needs. We provide home-maker personal care services, transportation, non-medical transportation, nursing care plans and RN oversight through health services coordination, limited program specialist activities, menu planning, Social Security payee services and oversight, money management, bill paying, behavior plan implementation, medical appointments, vacation and recreation planning and more. We have extensive experience and excellent work references from consumers and their guardians with the following diagnosis including, but not limited to: Prader-Willi Syndrome, Diabetes, developmental disabilities, numerous mental health and dual diagnosis, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, spinal bifida, CHF, explosive rage disorder, traumatic brain injury, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, skin disorders, blindness, deafness and dementia.
