Akron Children's Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine, Akron

Dr. Dulabon is the director of Akron Children’s division of Breastfeeding Medicine. She is one of 100 physicians in the United States board certified in breastfeeding and lactation medicine. She completed her medical degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, Pittsburgh, Pa. She is also board certified in pediatrics and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant® (IBCLC®).

Dr. Eschbaugh joined our Healthy Active Living program in December of 2023. She earned her medical degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Oh. She completed a pediatric residency at Akron Children’s. She is a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Dr. Strand is the chair of the department of Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine and the Thomas R. & Mary Lynn Crowley Endowed Chair in Neonatology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and her Master of Science in Clinical Research Design and Statistics from the University of Michigan. Dr. Strand completed her residency at Vanderbilt University and her fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Ohio. She is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
