Animal Medical Centre of Medina offers veterinary services with a wide range of state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Its in-house laboratory can perform hemograms, profiles, electrolytes and produce stat profiles in two minutes. It has two biomicroscopes, a centrifuge and full urinalysis capabilities. A new radiograph machine with the fastest X-ray plates has been added, enabling high-quality radiography. Its new ultrasound unit enables diagnosis by looking at the heart, kidney, bladder and liver and a biopsy can be obtained without making a surgical incision. Endoscopy with the new Olympus endoscope enables its doctors to look down the trachea and esophagus and search the stomach, small intestines and colon for foreign bodies and tumors and excise a biopsy, also with no surgical incision. The surgery suite features heated surgical tables, three anesthesia machines, piped oxygen, a defribrillator, autocalve and an incubator.
