Ashley Hess, APRN-CNP

Carli A. Remy, MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a certified nurse-midwife at University Hospitals, where she provides the full scope of midwifery care for her patients. She is dual certified as a nurse-midwife and a women’s health nurse practitioner by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) and the National Certification Corporation (NCC). Carli has more than 15 years of experience in women’s healthcare as a labor and delivery nurse and a certified nurse-midwife. Before joining UH, Carli practiced as a midwife in Philadelphia at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in both their OB and family medicine departments. She also served on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.

Kaitlyn Dunphy, MD, is a vascular surgeon and endovascular specialist at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute. Dr. Dunphy is highly skilled in performing the full range of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures for patients with aortic disease, carotid artery disease, deep venous conditions and peripheral arterial disease. She has a special interest in open and endovascular management of aortic aneurysms.

Dr. Nevado is clinical psychologist at Akron Children’s. She’s been practicing since 2016 and with Akron Children’s since 2021. She earned her master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from PGSP-Stanford PsyD. Consortium in Palo Alto, Calif. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Beckwitt-Hughey Adolescent DBT Postdoctoral Fellowship McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Mass. Dr. Nevado is fluent in English and Spanish.
