The Homeward Bound programs provide ongoing evaluation and treatment for those who want to increase their functional levels in: ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including feeding, toileting, dressing, mobility, transfers, urinary incontinence, and more; Safe ambulating on various surfaces throughout the home and community; Increasing strength and endurance to be able to manage independently or at a lower level of assistance. Wound management, respiratory health, contracture management, stroke recovery, orthopedic-fracture recovery and much more. What type of Outpatient Therapy services does VHCC provide? All services that are available to our inpatients are also available to outpatients such as treatments for strokes, falls, peripheral neuropathy, contractures, wounds, respiratory, dementia, urinary incontinence, and swallowing problems. Our outpatients can also benefit from our use of Wii, Wiifit, e-stim, ultrasound, VitalStim, omnicycle, and much more.

Van Wert Manor offers behavioral health, and long- and short-term stays, and physical, occupational and speech therapy programs to senior citizens. It also offers hospice services, respite care, and psychiatry and psychological services to patients. The organization has private and semiprivate rehabilitation rooms with televisions, licensed beauty salons and barbershops, telephones, and private smoking and family lounges. The center also has outdoor patio and studio rooms. It organizes various programs, such as youth services, housing, child development, family resources and teen talk programs for teens.
