About Integrity Insurance Solutions Integrity Insurance Solutions was was founded in 2009 by Tom Freund out of a desire to develop a company that is specifically focused on meeting the insurance needs of its' clients. Integrity is based out of Mansfield, Ohio and services much of the North-Central Ohio region. We strive to maintain a focus on providing our customers the best insurance options available for their needs and within their budget. Integrity is a dynamic company with a personal, small-town feel. We always prefer that our clients contact us directly for any claims or questions instead of calling the 800 number listed on their insurance card. We want to be sure they get the answers they need without the hassle of going through menus and prompts. The definition of Integrity is 'the firm adherence to a code of high moral values ; honesty'. Our core values as a company consist of honesty, consistency, diligence, respect, commitment and dependability. In having such a name as Integrity, we are committing to a higher standard than just the status quo ; basing every action upon an internally-consistent framework of principles. We have a single core group of values and seeing our name every day reminds each of us, and all of our clients, the standard we hold for ourselves and our business. "Interesting logo" might have been one of your first thoughts as you viewed the mixture of lines and circles before our name. What does it mean? First, the "I" within the circle represents Integrity. Then the two horizontal bars ; the lower is steady and straight, signifying our strong conviction to hold to solid principles. The higher line curves up toward the right. This line illustrates the growth that results from holding to such a standard of excellence.
