We set high standards for our menu: fresh ingredients, no artificial preservatives, only extra virgin olive oil used in cooking, high quality lean meats, and the list goes on. BOLD, UNIQUE FLAVORS We don’t mess around when it comes to flavor: our dishes are seasoned and spiced with the unique traditional flavors of the Mediterranean – sumac, za’atar, lemon, garlic, sesame… you name it!
