We found POOP UNDER OUR BED as well as USED toilet paper and claw marks on the door. The toilet was LEAKING WATER all over the bathroom floor so we put a towel down. Waited 20 minutes to be helped...

Pretty scary... not sure why there is a man sitting on the bottom of almost every unlit stairwell. Cigarette burns on the carpet, chair, and sheets of my non- smoking room. Stains on the bedding....
