customer service was very nice, because they forgot to give me my fries. and gave me a free milkshake!!! food was really good, and some of the staff members remembered me before which was so nice...

I just cannot understand how a fast-food restaurant is not open for the morning rush hour, but this Burger King obviously is not well managed

It's a Burger King, it's kinda just what you'd expect. The service is really slow in the drive through, but they have never screwed up any of my orders.
