They say they're brushless but there are brushes and flappers. I saw it when it was too late to back out. The car got clean but I don't want that stuff battering my vehicle.

Although there is always a line, it moves rather quickly! Never disappointed and i LOVE the mirrors at the end of the wash so u can check ur car out from all angles before getting out of the wash!
