dropped my comforter off Sunday and I told the girl at the counter it needs a good cleaning the dog stepped on it with dirty feet (wasn't even that bad) i paid for it at the same time of drop off....

Ruined some of my items and left others still dirty ! Wouldn't offer a refund for services ( I didn't even ask for replacement) ...only a very nasty petty attitude and an argument from the manager...
