Hollaender Manufacturing Co
Pete Hollaender founded Hollaender Manufacturing Company in 1930. He was a master plumber and developed the first aluminum slip-on pipefitting, for which he coined the name Nu-Rail. The company developed several products, such as Speed-Rail, Rackmaster, Mend-A-Rail, Speed-Rail II, Interna-Rail and Bumble Bee Safety Rail. Hollaender Manufacturing Company manufactures pipe fittings and handrail systems. Its products are used in rocket launch pads, oilrigs, Hollywood movie studios, amusement parks, retail stores, water treatment plants and power generating facilities throughout the world.
