The Stark County Auditor's office is responsible for real estate appraisal and assessment services. The auditor s office handles matters related to real estate taxes and tax rates. The Stark County Auditor's office also calculates bond and emergency levy rates annually. The auditor s office serves residents and other governmental entities of Stark County in Ohio. The Stark County Auditor's office issues warrants in payment of all county obligations, including the distribution of tax dollars to townships, villages, school districts, library systems and county agencies. The auditor s office distributes motor vehicle license fees, fines, local government funds, and gasoline and estate taxes. The Stark County Auditor's office additionally distributes personal property and manufactured home taxes.
