The quality of the cookies. They were all hard and when I called to ask about it they said that was normal and supposed to be that way.

Terrible service. Can't spend 1 minute to make the cookie the way it is advertised. Supposed to be covered in cinnamon with swirl or icing

So disgusting.. i opened the box and immediately the cookies didn't look right the classic pink sugar had DARK pink frosting and it was so gross and all the cookies were incredibly undercooked....
