Went to Groveport DQ ordered dilly bars got home opened the box and they had been previously melted Manager said I was not being honest instead of handling the problem or pleasing the customer.

Skip this DQ. Runny milkshake. Ordered cheeseburger. Was asked if I wanted cheese. I responded "yes cheese". I got a plain hamburger nothing on it. I don't think he understands basic English....

I hadn't been to a DQ in a while and stopped in for frozen treat. We like to go to the one in Vienna. Had a cheese burger at a DQ once and plastic was in it. Was told they come already package...

Horible the dining room is super dirty and the grease trap is speaking on the sides the workers were horrible too! Never coming back
