Called to set up an appliance repair. The response was "I will pass on that, darlin'." No explanation. No "I'm too busy" or "we are swamped" or "we don't do refrigerators. ". No offer to call...

I called and they answered immediately, got to my house within a few hours of speaking to me and fixed my dryer. I would definitely call DeWitt again.
