Evan Uhrhammer, PA-C

Dr. Grossberg is board certified in pediatrics and neurodevelopmental disabilities. His special interest is children and young adults with disabilities. Through Rainbow Care, the UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Accountable Care Organization, he leads a physician extension program for children with complex, chronic conditions funded by a $12.7 million Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovations Grant.

Tyler Reimschisel, MD, is a pediatric neurologist and biochemical geneticist. Dr. Reimschisel’s primary clinical interests include the evaluation and management of children, adolescents and adults with inborn metabolic diseases and other genetic conditions that cause neurodevelopmental disabilities. He also provides care for pediatric patients with neurologic conditions, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, autism, seizures and headaches.

Dawn Riebe, MD, FAAP, is a pediatrician with Suburban Pediatrics, caring for patients in their Shaker Heights and Solon offices. She is a member of the Rainbow Care Network, the region’s largest coordinated group of medical professionals providing care to children. She has admitting privileges at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
