Firehouse Subs

I love this place I come at least twice a week, the customer service is always on point!

Tried to use the app to take advantage of an offer. The app never works. The staff are nice and try to make up for a terrible app. The food is good and the staff great. App terrible.

we had lunch today at firehouse subs and all the individuals that was with me enjoyed they're meal and said they want to come back soon, all the staff was nice and very helpful with ordering our meals

Received a cheesesteak sub with onion skin all over it and husband bit in, was grossed out, politely asked for a refund as he didn't want another one. Manager came out said GM said no refund. I...

Unprofessional service, had to wait five minutes in an empty restaurant just to place an order. Two large sandwichee for $30 and they got both orders wrong. 0 out of 5 for me.
