National Church Residences, established in 1961, provides affordable housing to low- and moderate-income seniors, persons with disabilities and low- and moderate-income families. The organization provides expert, professional management of privately and federally funded properties. Its property management systems include professional interior and exterior design; maintenance of janitorial schedules; and preparation of emergency, fire and disaster response manuals for resident safety and property protection. The organization works with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, low-income housing tax credit program and various other federal and state programs. It is thoroughly versed in funding procedures and regulations for assisted housing operations for modest-income older adults and families. National Church Residences is located in Columbus, Ohio.

Since 2007, Columbus Assistants has been providing personal assistants to busy professionals and their families, as well as personal care assistants for senior citizens at home. We also provide house sitting and pet care/sitting services.
