Easily the worst bank I have ever tried to secure a loan from. The Medina North Court branch completely screwed up my daughter's car loan by ignoring the fact she wanted to buy down her monthly...

Called ahead for an appointment, no answer but left a call back number. No one called me in 15 minutes it took to drive there. Huge lobby, 4 bankers, and one couple in a cube and I am 30+ feet...
