I got the chicken quesadilla and it was seeped in grease on the bottom and it was $13. My friend got toast that was sooooo burnt. Waiter barely came around, asked if we wanted a refill at the end....

Was craving pancakes so we checked out IHOP. The restaurant was practically empty. Could've been cleaner. Food was good. Server was friendly.

Food: These strawberry banana pancakes were nasty or at least the bananas were nasty as seen in the photo. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes as a substitution and they were very good....

I am not even giving this place one star. That would be too generous. 45 min to get food. Restaurant is dirty and paint is chipping from the walls. Door dash people are also waiting forever....
