JP Morgan Chase

Chase is a great company. Helped with my Europe retirement accounts and get money back for fraudulent credit card charges. Folks are always polite and very helpful

Over a week with no access to funds. No resolution, no answers. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they'll get back to me in aprox 5 business days.

Cannot get anyone to resolve an error made by chase. They just want you to accept their error which in unacceptable. Someone should be able to overuse their mistake. Have spent 4 hours on phone...
