As a psychiatrist, I'm passionate about helping children and adolescents with sleep and mood disorders. When it comes to patient care, I believe in helping patients as much as possible to overcome their struggles with sleep and mood disorder leep is critically important and there is a large overlap between sleep and mood disorders. My background in both pediatric mood disorders and sleep medicine allows me to best help my patients. I am one of the few physicians in the nation who is board certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and sleep disorders medicin y favorite part about working at Ohio State are the patients that I have the opportunity to work with every da hen I'm not working, I enjoy spending my free time reading, watching movies, doing Pilates and Krav Maga.

As a clinical psychologist, I provide compassionate care and evidence-based treatments for individuals suffering from behavioral and mental health conditions. Every person's situation is unique, and I try to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where patients are encouraged to engage and ask questions. I am passionate about empowering and serving others, and I believe the best way to help is through integrative solutions that consider all aspects of an individual. I am humbled by patients' willingness to allow me to be a part of their life journey enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the lively energy and supportive atmosphere. It's nice to be part of an institution that takes pride in its communit n my free time I enjoy playing word games, reading mystery books, watching comedy and action movies and spending time with my family.

I'm a counseling psychologist, specializing in sport psychology and eating disorders. As a former swimmer and volleyball player, I thrive on helping peak performers develop. I've always been interested in the psychology of performance - how to assist performers with their mental game. I also want to help individuals find meaning and freedom, learning to value strength of body, heart and mind. I believe in teamwork between the psychologist and the client in improving the client's life. The client is an expert on his or her life, and the psychologist teaches skills for managing emotion and relationships. For me, it's not about giving advice - it's about helping unlock a client's inner wisdom. I knew that I wanted to be a psychologist at a young age. I'm lucky that I've found a career that feels like a true calling.
