The Hill and Griffith Company encompasses five manufacturing facilities that support the metal casting industry of North America. Hill and Griffith s acquisition of the Gene Conreaux Company gave it access to new products and markets. The new areas included the die-casting, permanent mold-casting and general industrial markets. Hill and Griffith is a member of the Ductile Iron Society, American Foundrymen's Society, Cast Metals Institute, Foundry Education Foundation, Casting Industry Suppliers Association and the North America Die Casting Association. John Hill and Tom Griffith founded the Hill and Griffith Company in Birmingham, Ala., in 1896.

The Champion Company, established in 1978, specializes in the design, development, testing and manufacturing of shipping and storage containers. The company supplies a variety of hermetically sealed, climate-controlled and shock absorbing containers. It serves customers in the military and commercial sectors. The Champion Company also maintains a stock of drill presses, milling machines and hydraulic brakes. It additionally provides custom welding, shearing and fabrication services. The company s containers feature inspection windows, pressure valves, environmental paint plating and watertight seals. Its facilities include tool and die, machine and welding shops. The company maintains a more than 200,000-square-foot production facility. The Champion Company is located in Springfield, Ohio.
