Panel Barn Lumber was originally established in 1973 by Dave Schneider as a family lumber supplier for local builders. Since then the company has moved away from lumber sales, concentrating its efforts on truss manufacturing and engineered product distribution. Over the years Panel Barn Lumber has grown into a leader in the manufacturing of roof and floor trusses throughout the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana region. In early 2006 the company was purchased by a local lumber company and the company name was changed. After approximately eighteen months of ownership by this company, the truss operation was re-acquired by the Schneider Family and the name was changed to Panel Barn Inc From this point forward Panel Barn Inc went in a new direction by becoming a full service lumber yard. Throughout the re-acquisition of Panel Barn Inc, certain key employees were kept in place and new knowledgeable veteran employees were added. This was done in an effort to once again bring you a well designed, quality built product at an affordable price delivered to the job site on time.
