My daughter has been in this apartment 6 months The rental office is unresponsive you can leave notes on the door, you try to get in touch with them and they will not answer the phone.They...

You cannot renovate them apartments without making sure them tenants have a place for them to lay their head take a shower have heat and have water you are an unable to put somebody in a motel...
