Only rated 1 as we drove especially to visit this museum and there were construction fences all around it. It notice on website about it being closed. Great if they would post this.

Troy is so lucky to have such an historic building! Benjamin Overfield built his tavern over 200 years ago next to the Great Miami River on the Ohio Frontier. The logs from those huge old trees...

This adorable little museum wasn't actually open while I was visiting Troy, but they kindly gave us a tour anyways so I wouldn't miss out. A lovely place, friendly people, and interesting history!...
